A portion of Nintendo Life review...

There are better sudoku games in the DSi Shop at the moment, so unless you're an advanced player who doesn't like to fill in their own candidates and already knows what a "Swordfish" and an "X-wing" are, there's no need to kill yourself trying to wrap your head around this title.

As I always say with this stuff, we don't know if any of it pertains to the Wii version. We've already posted the actual video, but now you can check out a scene-by-scene analysis at the link below.

“We’ve enjoyed working with South Peak and anticipate the continuation of this relationship on further titles. Their strong distribution capabilities ensure we get the maximum exposure for our games in all key territories. We often see traditional developers devote an increasing portion of their resources to their titles and risk it all on having a possible hit. It is abundantly clear to us that partnering with games publishers such as South Peak and helping them release titles based on our successful IP can lead to fun and profitable cross-platform games. We also have a suite of free Wii-enabled games on the site and we have seen a massive increase in users who want to access these games on the Wii. This increased demand confirms to us the value of releasing further games for these casual consoles. We want to let our users play their favourite games on all platforms so it makes perfect sense for us to bring the game to Wii and DS.” - Miniclip CEO Rob Small

I don't know...I think Miniclip might be getting a bit ahead of itself. Let's see how Sushi Go Round ends up doing, and then we'll see if future console or portable outings are a good idea!

"While our business has continued to outperform the videogames market, we are facing tougher market conditions entering 2010, and must make sure we operate as efficiently as possible while delivering the high standards of service our customers demand. Following the successful integration of Gamestation, many head office functions were moved to Basingstoke last year to streamline support functions across the Gamestation and GAME brands. This has proved effective and the Group is now proposing to review its central infrastructure in order to further maximise opportunities for growth and efficiencies. The Group is committed to redeploying roles wherever possible, and has started consulting with all affected employees." - GAME statement

“Winning Eleven [as the series is known in Japan] games until now, he said, have been just extensions of the Famicom era. Players were fine with this through the PS2, but the development staff now need to change their concepts and ideas to something more appropriate for the new generation machines like Xbox 360 and PS3.” - series’ lead developer Shingo ‘Seabass’ Takatsuka

I'm not one to speak on sports titles, but I just can't figure out what Konami can do with the Pro Evo series to turn the FIFA tide. Once EA has the lead, it's hard to gain it back from them.
