The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild getting Link 10" PVC Statue

Link awakens from a deep sleep and a mysterious voice guides him to discover what has become of the ruined Kingdom of Hyrule. Link meets an Old Man and learns from him that 100 years prior, a great evil known as the Calamity Ganon rose up and laid waste to Hyrule. Unable to be defeated, it was sealed within Hyrule Castle while the ruins of the land were ravaged by nature over time. Although trapped, the Calamity Ganon has grown in power, and Link must defeat it before it breaks free and destroys the world

This beautifully detailed figure of Link from the Breath of the Wild Game depicts Link in a action pose ready to strike with his bow and arrow . He stands on a lovingly detailed base and comes packaged in a display box.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's official backstory revealed

The special and master editions of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild contain a map, and that map features some Hylian/Sheikah text. Zelda fan Zeltik went through the process of deciphering the text and came out with the backstory for the game.

“Hylians pass stories of a destined time long past, where multiple races lived and worked together in harmony. The Sheikah Tribe’s blue aura breathed through the land, and this mutual prosperity continued, until a cataclysmic disaster struck. The hero and the princess attempted in vain to seal the terror, which became known as the Calamity Ganon. Divine Beasts awoke from four directions, and deployed a mechanical army which made the king and his people fearful. They fractured Ganon’s power and sealed him… But the Sheikah were banished from the land ever since.”

Mention of Fire Emblem Fates: Revelations for Switch found in source code of Nintendo.com page

Could Fire Emblem Revelations be coming to the Switch? There seems to be something going on over on the webpage for Fire Emblem Warriors at Nintendo.com. If you look at the source code for the page, you see a listing for Fire Emblem Fates on Switch. The line of code specifically says Fire Emblem Fates: Revelations for Nintendo Switch. Make of that what you will, but now people are crossing their fingers tightly for a reveal during this week's Fire Emblem Direct.
