VVVVVV can import custom levels from PC version
It won't come with its own editor from the get-go, but the 3DS version of the ridiculously-named game will be able to import levels created on the PC version and then be enjoyed on the go. The portable version could always be updated later on with an editing feature, but for launch, it's a fair compromise I think.
