Nintendo shipping/using new version of dev kits?

Info coming from a government source in Singapore. I don't know about marking this as a rumor, since it doesn't really affect us users on any appreciable level, and as such is not ever likely to be confirmed by an official source, but it is interesting nonetheless. What will actually come of this in terms of a tangible user-facing product remains to be seen, especially at this point in the Wii's quiet, quiet twilight months.
