GoNintendo 'End of Day' thought - Exclusive Mutant Mudds music sample!

I've got a special one for you today, gang! I didn't even know I would have this for you until just a few hours ago! You enjoy this fun sample as I grab some sleep. See you in a few, short hours!

Here are a few things about me that I haven't kept secret, but you might not have caught onto. First off, I'm a huge fan of Renegade Kid. I love their work on DS, as I really think they put out some original and impressive content. Second, I'm an old-school game junkie. I love the games of today, but I have a very special place in my heart for old-school sprite-based games. Third, I'm a sucker for chiptunes. I think it takes a really talented musician to turn the chirps and clicks of limited hardware into something that sticks in your head.

Put all three of those things together, and it's very easy to see that I'm foaming at the mouth for Mutant Mudds. Not only is it one of my most anticipated eShop games, it's also one of my most anticipated 3DS games period! That might have something to do with my hands-on time back from E3, which made me absolutely fall in love with the title. Early 2012 cannot get here soon enough!

While we wait for that launch to come, Jools Watsham of Renegade Kid was nice enough to send over some sample music tracks from Mutant Mudds. I've been looping the trailers over and over just to listen to those tunes, and now I have full tracks for you to listen to! We're going to do one per End of Day thought, with a series of three posts altogether.

The first tune we have for you is the song you'll hear in World 1-1. It's a fantastic chiptune that's sure to get stuck in your head. I know I can't stop listening to it, and I'm sure you won't be able to either!
