Japan - 3DS sees new one-week sales high, breaks 4 million sold, games set records
- 3DS sold 510,629 units over Christmas week
- lifetime total is over the four million mark, at 4,135,739 units
- the 510,629 is now a new one-week high for 3DS sales
- Super Mario 3D Land has sold 1,042,511 units
- Mario Kart 7 has sold 1,082,391 units
- these are the first two titles in Japan to break a million on 3DS
- total sales for each game last week were at 789,871 units for Mario Kart and 837,143 units for Mario Land
