Deadpool not so confirmed for Wii U
I'm glad we marked the original story as a rumor, since now it seems that the supposed confirmed was nothing more than a miscommunication.
News of a Wii U version of the upcoming Deadpool game came from a recent Comic-Con panel. The news came from one of the devs working on the title. While the news did sound like a confirmation, the answer the dev gave was actually in regards to Avengers: Battle for Earth.
To take things one step further, Activision commented on the matter by saying, “No platforms have been officially announced at this time.” I guess that puts us right back at square one!
