ZombiU - 15 people have finished the game, no survivor mode finishers

Coming from Ubisoft's Guillaume Brunier...

Only 15 people finished #ZombiU in normal mode to date. The fastest in 8hrs, the slowest in 15hrs.

Coming from Ubisoft's Bignoz jipé caro...

...and for the moment no one finished the survivor mode.

I plan on adding my named to the finished list, but I don't know about survivor mode!

Wonder if that counts reviewers, if so it seems like an even smaller number...

You aren't the only one wondering this...I really hope they can confirm this, and call out the lazy reviewers that didn't finish it. My guess would be, most did not. Why? Because most reviewers don't finish the games they review from what I can tell. They put a few hours (at most) into it, then write a general thoughts on it and slap a score on the game.

I think I'm about halfway so far...

I don't understand why this game is getting so much hate. I love it so far and i can't wait to accept the challenge in survivor mode.

Yeah, I agree. They should totally call out those reviewers who didn't even bother to finish the game. That's a pet peeve of mine. At least finish the main campaign before reviewing a game.

Just for the record, "most reviewers" does not include my good self. I'm a good boy. I finish games. :P
not that I review games very often 'cos I'm a crap writer but whatevs

But yeah. Would be interesting to know how many reviewers actually beat the game in this instance.

Not quite. It asks if you want to send Ubisoft Anonymous Data at the start.

They can't call out anyone, because the game asks for your permission to send data to Ubisoft, so everyone could reply that they chose NO.

So, a lot of people hate this game because of its hard difficulty and semi-"tank controls" ...hmh I wonder what people would have said if the first Resident evil were launched this year,

I will get there eventually! Dunno if I'll ever beat survival mode, though.

They posted a message in the game listing the NNIDs of the first two people to beat it.

@Triforce of the Gods

What does this have to do with what I said?

You said they can't call out people, I said they already did. Unless I'm missunderstanding what you are saying.

@Triforce of the Gods

I meant that they can't call the "journalists" out (saying that they didn't finish the game and made a review after 1 or 2 or 6 hours with it), because they ("journalists") could have easily replied by saying that "we finished the game, we just chose to not send you data in your servers!"...I was replying to coffeewithchess.
