The annoyed gamer hit the nail on the head with respect to Mass Effect 3.

As for Best/Worst publisher of the year: EA is no question the worst, but Konami is a close second. I have to hand it to Nintendo for supporting the Wii as much as it did in its final year, but I think the best publisher of 2012 is (IMO) collectively all of the indie developers who self-published. We got a great games like Little Inferno, FTL, Thomas Was Alone, Torchlight 2, Mark of the Ninja.

Not bad, some cringe-worthy stupid-ness, but okay.
Here is some noteworthy comments: Pachter saying that the wii and vita are dead and that he agrees with what EA did with fifa 13 on those platforms

Yeah that was pretty bad. Makes Pachter all that more annoying.
