Oh my God finally. This deluxe bonus thing had me worried for a minute, thought they had forgotten.
To be honest, when I first saw a link to this posted on the forums I thought it was some kind of scam. I mean, really, Nintendo? When have you ever used a "nintendo.net" url? And who designed that page? It just LOOKS like some sort of bad credit card scam...
They do credit you for all previous Wii U eShop purchases as well. Thanks for doing this right Nintendo. Two thumbs up.
I'm not sure if I'm ready to purchase digital games yet....at least on the console side. I don't have a problem on the 3DS.
I still don't understand this, you only receive these points by buying software from the eshop. No retail?
@Suke
DIGITAL Deluxe Promotion.
I get Spanish error messages when I try to log-in...
@Autosaver Derp @ Suke.
Awesome, works for Mexico
Did anyone look at these values? Basically $30 should net you $5. Not $50 for $5.
EDIT: Oh wow. That's misleading. "Earn 301 pts to get a code for $5 in Nintendo eShop credit".
It actually means, earn 301 more pts to get the code, in my case, but it just says it the wrong way.
How do you figure... 10% of 50 is 5...
$30=300pts
then you'd have to buy a $20 game =200pts
once you finally have 500pts total... then they give you $5 credit
@MaggotCakes
Yeah, I edited my comment. The site does something pretty stupid by saying "Earn ____ pts to get a code for $5 in Nintendo eShop credit" where ___ is how many more points you need to get to the next 500 interval.
It would be correct to say "Earn ___ more pts to get a blah blah blah".
I expect many other people to be confused.
