I wouldn't mind having a N64 controller with the analog where the d-pad is, but I don't like this one that much. The z trigger is on the right side under the buttons instead of on the left under the analog. I don't like where he put the start button at all, why not just leave it in the middle, but that's not really too big of a deal. Also I think I would want to keep the yellow arrow buttons instead of replacing them with an analog, it would be ok for games that use those as camera controls, but many games used them as actual buttons.
