I hope a "good" publisher buys South park: The Stick of Truth. That's the only THQ game i'm interested in.

Nintendo should pick up both the saint's row IP and developer.

I wouldn't mind seeing WB or ubi end up with Darksiders/vigil.

I hope games workshop finds someone decent to handle the 40k license. or that raven keeps it and a good publisher gets them and lets them do their thing.

the rest... meh.

Whatever, I just hope Darksiders ends in good hands (and not in Microsoft's). That's pretty much the only THQ franchise I care about right now.

I'm placing bets Activision will pick up South Park, Nintendo will pick up De Blob, Microsoft will pick up Darksiders, and WB will pick up Saints Row.

Come on Nintendo and Warner, buy something from them.

I just hope someone good gets saints row. I loved the third and the fourth one sounded good.

I hope Nintendo leaves these IP to hardcore companies

Sad that some people will lose their jobs over this, and not the incompetent management that deserves it.

Guess that means Rubin and others will be out of job, then? Danny Bilson got out of dodge just in time!

I'm just hoping Microsoft doesn't get South Park.

I really hope Warner Bros can nab as many as possible.

The wrestling fan in me likes to see where WWE games will end up. But I can't say I am all that interested for the rest of THQ's franchises as I don't play a lot of them as it is.

I know Blue Tongue is dead but I'd hope Nintendo gets de Blob and at least do something with it.

If EA ends up with 40K I swear to god I will not rest until this world is burned down.

Nintendo should pick up Darksider's since it's very similar to Zelda (in some aspects--not all). It would be like Boyonetta 2 all over again--a franchise with no publisher, but picked up by Nintendo. Wow, the 360/PS3 fanboy hate would be rampant!

EXTERMINATUS!

My rage will surpass that of a million neckbeards upon the release of a new Matt Ward codex. Its brilliance will render the Astronomican but a flickering candle, and its unholy fires shall tear the souls from every living creature within a hundred thousand light years, casting the sundered remains to the ethereal winds.

i just wished nintendo would picked any ip just for the reactions , that would be so funny . Most likely ea and warner will share those ips

I can't see Nintendo buying a lot of these franchises; more than likely Ubisoft, EA, and Warner will get them. I actually hope they also get the studios behind them as those people deserve a little security in their lives.

I think Darksiders would be good for Square-Enix to pick up. They've done a lot of mature, western-oriented titles through acquisitions (Hitman, Sleeping Dogs, Tomb Raider, Deus Ex, etc.), and I think the Darksiders franchise would benefit from their expertise.

At any rate, I loved II so much that I went and bought the first one twenty minutes after I finished it, so I hope something good happens to the series instead of it dying off or ending up in the hands of a bad publisher (Activision, et al.).

I don't see Nintendo grabbing them. At least, none of the big ones. They might snag a few of the smaller ones that just fall through the cracks and they go "Ah, screw it, it's cheap."
