Oh so many times this.
The hanabi festival was by far the best thing that ever happened on the virtual console. Some kind of eShop equivalent starring EX Troopers would be the best way to reach the kind of gamers who would actually be interested WITHOUT investing too much.

Right Capcom? Right Nintendo?
Now get to work. And please contact Atlus and Level 5 while you're at it.
