Didn't realize there was a growing hate for Family Guy. Didn't see what was wrong with the reference. Wasn't funny, but not horrible.
I love family guy. 'Twas a nice nod.

That's all Family Guy is "Hey a reference to something that's funny!" "Hey a reference to something else that's funny!" "Oh another reference!"
They kind of killed it with the infinite lives bit. They should've pulled out an NES controller or something to try the code and see what happened but *shrug*. It was OK. Could've been worse.
I think Bane's was worse.
Mongrels has more substance than Family Guy
Then we'll have unlimited jokes, er um, unlimited placeholders for where a joke could be.
I didn't think it was that bad. Most people wouldn't get the reference anyway, and might learn something?
