Sadly, it looks like the new options for Nintendo TVii like Netflix and TiVo have been delayed. Nintendo has always stated a January 2013 window for these functions, but has now decided to release the options in ''early 2013''. Google Maps and its Street View functionality are also delayed and the application has now been given a vague ''first quarter of 2013'' window.

We're DOOOOMED!
Although, I gotta admit, the Google Maps part I've never really gotten to begin with. I mean, it's not like we could carry the gamepad with us on the road as we travel.
Well, we'll see if it's out in the next 8 weeks.
It's okay to delay things every now and then but Nintendo really needs to focus on better scheduling now. A lot of stuff has slipped and it doesn't help perception at all.
If they would just add NHL to TVii I'd be happy!
TVii wil never EVER hit Norway sadly. Might be in the UK bu here...No chance. So the TVii icon on the main menu is useless for me... Oh well.
Will be fun with google maps when I'm bored though. But I have time
Its pretty ridiculous, all I need is texas zip code and I could probably access the feature despite living in the other side of the continent. Just as ridiculous as the eshop being available to me as long as I pretend to be North American.
Oh really? They on't check the IP address?
Shhhhh! Better keep it quiet
Isn't 'first quarter 2013' LESS VAGUE than 'early 2013?'
