Twelve bucks is a lot for a minifigure, but you can just imagine how much more it'll be going for once it's out of print...
I don't know if it was just me or not, but that trailer was pretty good. The humor made me chuckle a few times, tbh. Also, I didn't know there were skateboards in this game!

Do want, but not that bad and I don't have a Wii U, so preordering the game is dumb.

As far as I can tell, it seems to be the same minifigure as the one included with High Speed Chase. Basically all you'd be missing out on is the packaging, which, by the way, has the wrong hair colour for some reason.
Lego mini-figures are always expensive. Probably won't be getting that, but will definitely pick up this game eventually. Looks like a lot of fun.
It's ALMOST the same figure.
The Pre-order figure actually has sleeve printing on the right arm and black pants:
The figure in High Speed Chase has no sleeve printing and blue pants:
Also, the pants printing is different.
