Yes, this is fake...but it's pretty damn good! Japanese gamers put a lot of work into creating convincing fakes. I guess that's a talent?!

It's not. Japanese-reading people on Serebii has read the Japanese text, and it makes no sense at all. Plus, the art is off in many ways, convincing as it is. ^^
Yeah it's obviously fake.
The Japanese is nonsensicle, it doesn't follow the conventions of height/weight (it's never to two decimal places). The page style is all off. The screenshots are clearly doctered. The only good stuff is the art

Yep. It's been done every generation [since at least IV].
You know, for putting even the least of effort to design a Pokemon, make it look like original artwork, and even care to put it in a fake magazine design to make it real... they should at least apply for a job at Game Freak...
That bird type actually looks pretty cool.
I really like the bird Pokemon because, if you think about it, its character design is a pun that's so bad that it actually makes you want to stand up and give a round of applause for whoever came up with it.
