Psychoz Interactive looking to bring Forgotten Memories to Wii U eShop

Here we go, the flood is already starting! This is a Unity-based game, and the developer is quite eager to get the game out on Wii U. Let's hope this gets approved as quickly as possible! Thanks to Emily for the heads up.

It looks kind of Resident evil 4-ish. That's cool. The touch controls look awful (if it's like tablet based) but with actual buttons it could be pretty great

graphics need work before it can jump on the wiiu, im sorry. i like the idea of indie games, but theres just as many shovelware quality indie games out there as there are good ones. im a pc gamer and i see and know a lot of them.

I disagree that the graphics need work. Graphics can be at whatever level--as long as it's playable and the graphics aren't broken. It looks like this game excels in the audio department, and if it's a small developer, I'm sure they don't have a huge budget for graphics/texture artists/engine programming. Bring the games on and let's support the ones that are FUN.

What? This is a work in progress, and it's made by a small indie team. It's actually very good for that kind of team. It's no shovelware, they are putting a lot of efforts in it. It's not a case of being lazy, it's a case of "not enough time/money".

That looks very good, and it looks like it's exactly my kind of games. I can't wait to play it. :)

I definitely agree. It's great to follow your own path in how you want to develop your games and not follow a 'one size fits all' mold.

Please, please, PLEASE don't start. V_V

I think the Wii U is becoming THE go-to place for Indie developers, which is definitely a good thing for the system. Almost all I am hearing from Indie's who have made games for the systems sounds like Nintendo has done a serious 180 turn on their relationships with Indie developers, and are welcoming them in with open arms. GREAT news!

Indeed. Let's hope Nintendo keeps it up and make it stay that way. ^_^

The only thing I fear is that all these game would come out at the same time, overshadowing each others in the process. I hope it won't end like that.
But it also gives me hopes, and if I succeed in convincing my friends, we may try to do some project for the console as a side project in the coming year (we are all video game design students graduating in the next few months). :P
All we need to do is to release a game for Android and we'll get to work on an idea we had during a Game Jam. :P
