Best Buy E3 Experience events being ambushed by Microsoft in order to push Xbox One?

Wow, this is some pretty crazy stuff. Microsoft is certainly in damage control mode with Xbox One right now. They're trying to sway people back in their direction. Apparently, one of the ways they're trying to do so is by hitting up Nintendo's Best Buy E3 Experience Event.

Believe it or not, multiple reports are coming in stating that Microsoft employees are hitting up the line and asking people why they would bother with Wii U when Xbox One is right around the corner. As you can see in the image above, there is indeed someone wearing a Microsoft shirt approaching people in line. This is just a bit too much for me!

Someone walked up to a Nintendo rep at the booth yesterday (Florence, KY) and asked her if the Xbox One was available for pre order. Wouldn't surprise me if that was someone sent there from Microsoft. Pretty sure the dude thought she was a Best Buy employee (even though she wasn't wearing a Best Buy shirt lol).

Holy cow. If true, that's absolutely disgusting!

That's just pathetic, Microsoft.

This is Microsoft's equivalent of throwing their employees into a lions den and seeing how many of them come back alive... Except the odds are worse.

This was true at Schaumburg as well. There were two Microsoft reps, one in a white Microsoft shirt (with the new logo), the other not in a uniform. They were talking to people about the event, why they're excited about Wii U, etc., and taking notes - the uniformed guy on his Surface, and the non-uniformed guy seemed to be typing up stuff on his Windows Phone. And when I say taking notes, I mean there was a document up on the Surface titled something like "Nintendo E3 Experience at Best Buy" and there were paragraphs being typed.

They have to hire plants now?

This is just sad.

This just screams desperation. Even if there was a chance they meant well with doing this, it makes them look pathetic.

Haha! I love it! Microsoft has sunk to a new low and everyone knows it. :)

Obviously they're there to promote the Xbone and put those forced Kinects in the booths to watch people's reactions of the demos and see what they can do with that.
For real, if this is true, then it's just pathetic, Mi¢ro$oft.

Why would I bother with the Wii U when the Xbox One is around the corner? Because I know what the XBone is.

Oh, God! This company is sinking that low? To go and do such a thing? OMG!

If anything they should be going after Sony considering Sony is the company that trolled them at E3.

In all seriousness, they had a great conference but if Microsoft is really doing this, they should really consider focusing on other things then attacking Nintendo.... more like getting their fans back from jumping ship to PS4 and PC or coming up with ways to generate some good press as this is only going to give them even more negative press.

Uhhh. I think the best way to convince people to buy their anti-consumer piece of poo console would be to make their console something people want to buy, not by trying to sabotage the competition. This is desperate, pathetic, and embarrassing.

They must have got word about how the One was tracking when looking at social media sentiment during E3 (way worse than the PS4 and Wii U.)

God If i was there....

"Sir, why are you wasting time with the Wii U when the Xbox One is around the corner"

"Uhhh, because there is no Online DRM, No Subscription to play Online, No Blocking of Used Games, Backwards Compability, Its 200 dollars cheaper and Exclusives I actually want to play....any other STUPID questions"

and if they continued to pursue me I would find a copy of Mario Kart Wii at Best Buy, hold it to their face and remind me how this ONE game has sold more then any game they have EVER released.

This would need to have been video-taped, if just for the MEGA BURN at the end! 8)

See, the funny thing about this is that they know that the console is so far along that they can't change any of the features they have slated for it. They waited far too long to test the waters and now they can't backpedal, so now they're going to push out their console and let it die.

Honestly, I didn't see this coming, but man. Just.. wow.
