Watching Neogaf eat crow feels so damn good

The Mario game I've been waiting for gets the recognition it deserves

Thank goodness there's other options for multiplayer besides just the Wii Remote (I know the pro controller was confirmed for multiplayer before). Playing 3D World at the Best Buy E3 demos with a Wii Remotes d-pad was really awkward.

Does the game have analog movement?

Phew, after lack of support of the classic controllers on the Wii (DKC:R, NSMB:Wii) and NSMB:U, until recently, I was really worried Nintendo wouldn't bother with the (IMO, best controllers out right now) Pro Controllers. They mentioned Pro Controller support earlier, but it's definitely great to have a confirmation, and additional options.

Ninty has ALWAYS had the best controllers both intuitive and inventive. Gamecubes FTW!

It's pretty neat that I can use the Pro Controller on many of these games because I love the damn thing. Nearly every first-party game uses it, but then it begs the question of what's the point of the Gamepad then?

I suppose everyone has their preferences. I prefer playing Rayman Legends on the GamePad, especially since I would assume the Murphy levels would require for me to fetch the thing anyway. The wife and I will like play 3D World with me on GamePad and her on Pro.

Hopefully they make this the norm with their titles. It'd be amazing to be able to play their next Zelda using either the Gamepad or WM+.

I hope they do almost the same thing with smash.
