Word comes in from Sega concerning the physics engine in Sonic and the Secret Rings. Sega has announced that the title will use the Ageia Physx engine to handle any and all physics needs. I am really surprised to see that Sonic will be taking advantage of a physics engine for his Wii outting. I know that in the recently released Sonic title, physics did play a part…too bad they didn’t help the gameplay. Hopefully Sega can handle the Physx engine a little better than what we saw in Red Steel!
