RUMOR - Nintendo looking into AMD Fusion APU chipset for future hardware
I don’t like to give rumors like this too much attention, but I know that my inbox is soon to be flooded with all sorts of talk about this. I figured I’d jump on it now before things got out of hand. Last time I didn’t post rumored info, it turned out to be spot-on info for Mega Man 10!
This time around, we’re hearing that Nintendo is, at the very least, looking into use of the AMD Fusion APU chipset for their next console. Of course, the big N isn’t going to mention anything about this, so you’ll have to research the chipset on your own if you plan to find out just how powerful it is. Thanks to Gui for the heads up!
