RUMOR - DS successor dev kits already in the hands of developers
Oh man, I had a feeling this is what the entire week was going to be like. We’re going to see Nintendo rumors out the you-know-what until that media summit hits. Get ready for a wild ride!
The latest rumor has to do with Nintendo’s true successor to the DS, which is something we’ve been talking about for a few months now. Today’s tidbit tells us that development kits for this DS 2 are already in the hands of some developers out there. Continuing on, it seems like Nintendo has plans to get this sucker onto store shelves before 2010 closes out.
Why would Nintendo put out a DS 2 already? The DS is still killing at retail…why ruin a good thing?
