Gamescom looking to attract the E3 crowd

“We want to get people to Gamescom over E3, certainly. The difficulty is that there is a relationship with the UK and LA [where E3 is held], in terms of language and politics. But we want to make it even easier for consumers and trade in the country to get to the Cologne venue.” - Koelnmesse’s vice president of IT and digital entertainment Kai Schmude

I don’t know if that’s going to happen. That’s quite a big crowd to attract, and I don’t think the travel situation is going to be as easy as Mr. Schmude thinks. I guess we’ll see how this new initiative works out.
