Scooby Doo & the Spooky Swamp now available (launch trailer)

BURBANK, Calif. – Sept. 14, 2010 – Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announces Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Swamp is now available for Wii™ system from Nintendo, Nintendo DS™ hand-held system and PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system in North America.

For the first time, kids can switch between any one of their favorite Mystery, Inc. characters at any time in the new action-adventure video game releasing in conjunction with Warner Home Video’s animated Scooby-Doo original movie Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare.

Developed by Torus Games, kids can travel beyond the swamp and into other haunted locales to solve strange mysteries, unlock fun costume pieces as well as collect Scooby Snacks to buy character accessories and clothing. In the team spirit of Mystery, Inc., players won’t have to face challenges alone. Friends and families can take on the role of Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Daphne, Velma or Fred at any time using drop-in, drop-out two-player co-op.

Inside every package of Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Swamp is a special Zoinks Points code, redeemable at www.ZoinksPoints.com. Offering an immersive online experience for fans of the loveable Great Dane, Zoinks Points is the official Scooby-Doo rewards program that provides fans free, exclusive Scooby-Doo digital content by entering the special Zoinks Points code available on most Scooby products.

Also available today in retail outlets is the all-new, Warner Home Video animated Scooby-Doo original movie Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare. Viewers join in the high-jinks with that lovable Great Dane and the rest of the Mystery Inc. gang as they explore some mysterious goings-on at a haunted summer camp.
