I saw this information pop up on Softpedia the other day, but I didn’t post it up. It’s being peddled as the launch titles for the 3DS, but that’s simply not the case. The original list comes from GameSpot, which says that the following 10 titles have been set for the ‘launch window’
Spring 2011
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D–Nintendo
Nintendogs + Cats–Nintendo
Pilotwings Resort (working title)–Nintendo
Pro Baseball Spirits–Konami
Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle–Level 5
Ridge Racer 3D–Namco Bandai
Samurai Warriors Chronicle–Tecmo Koei
Steel Diver–Nintendo
Super Monkey Ball (working title)–Sega
Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition–Capcom
Does that mean that these titles will all be available on day one? No it doesn’t, but they should be close to launch. We could see other titles make day one as well. Just know that these were announced by Nintendo as the ‘Spring 2011′ games, not day one titles. Thanks to BAMtendo for the heads up!
