Sakaguchi and fans celebrate The Last Story's development wrap-up

As we told you yesterday, The Last Story has now been officially wrapped up. This information came straight from the Twitter account of Hironobu Sakaguchi. His tweets about the game’s completion were met with all sorts of responses from fans and celebrities alike. For example, former Square Enix collaborator Yasumi Matsuno gave his congratulations for Sakaguchi, and stated that he cannot wait to go hands-on with the final game.

Sakaguchi wrapped things up by saying that The Last Story took three and a half years to produce, but if you include the initial idea phase, the entire project took about four years.
