Nintendo, Pokemon Company not too happy with Pokemon save data sales in Japan

GN Version 3.1

Why work hard to earn some great in-game Pokemon when you can just go online and buy the data you want? That’s exactly what some gamers are doing over Yahoo! Auctions, and Nintendo/Pokemon Company aren’t too happy about it. Nintendo is saying that this sale of Pokemon game save data is against copyright protection laws, while those selling say there’s nothing wrong with what they’re doing. Another legal issue that doesn’t have a clearly defined set of laws to make a decision. What side of the fence are you on?
