GN Version 3.1

EA is continuing on with their issue of real-life player likenesses in their video games. An appeals court discussion earlier today focused in on this matter that has been pestering EA for quite some time now. Are video games to be held to the same standards as films and TV shows when it comes to representations of real-life athletes and other people?
