Two days with the 3DS and not an ounce of eye tiredness or headaches. I think it’s going to vary person to person, but I don’t seem to be having any issues with the visuals at all. Now I’m finding myself getting mad at games that don’t have 3D. The same thing happened back when the DS came out. I kept playing other games and yearning for them to have touch-screen input! Ah, the wonders of new technology. Enjoy some of that new tech below, and I’ll see you in a few, short hours!

If you’ve listened to the podcast or read the site often, you know that I’m in love with Steel Diver. I’m playing through it right now, and the experience is that much more enjoyable now that I can take the game at my own pace. I also had the pleasure of learning something else that’s pretty tough to take in at press events. The game’s audio is absolutely fantastic, and it does a great job of immersing you even more into the underwater world.

That’s why I put together a video of one of the missions in the game, complete with direct-feed audio. I think I’ve come to teh realization that I’m going to need a new camera to record 3DS stuff. What better time than now to jump on something a little more capable of filming portable screens in a nice way?!

Anyway, that’s something for me to worry about. You guys just kick back and enjoy this Steel Diver mission, which I actually manage to survive!
