Nintendo releases slightly different statement on status of 3DS shipments due to earthquake

Here’s the original statement we posted a few days back…

“Business operations, including future product shipments, have not been affected. Our thoughts and best wishes are with everyone who has friends and family members who may have been affected by the earthquake or tsunami.” - Nintendo statement

Now here’s a statement from today…

“Business operations, including future product shipments, have not been significantly affected so far.”

‘Significantly affected’ means that there definitely has been an impact, but most likely a small one. We’ll have to see how things continue on from here.
