Namco Bandai files a second trademark for Tales of Innocence

All the way back in 2007, Namco Bandai filed a trademark for Tales of Innocence in North America. I remember how we all got excited for that, and then nothing came of it. Oddly enough, Namco Bandai has just filed another trademark for the same name. Is there still a chance for Innocence to see a localized release?
