EGM has decided into Nintendo and their Seal of Quality. Basically, they are taking a look at why so many crappy games are hitting Nintendo platforms. Their opinions on what crap and quality titles are is purely subjective of course.

Here’s one problem I have. Nintendo doesn’t use the Seal of Quality anymore. They use the Official Nintendo Seal. The reason the change was made was so that Nintendo didn’t get the blame when a developer made a sub-par title. The Seal of Quality now stands for…

“your assurance that this product is licensed or manufactured by Nintendo. Always look for this seal when buying video game systems, accessories, games, and related products.”

I don’t like crappy games, but I wouldn’t say that only Nintendo platforms have them. For now, I will reserve judgment until I read the full article, which can be found in the latest EGM.
