Nintendo's product replacement - we believe you to be honest

There’s nothing worse than a busted gaming system. There’s always a release around the corner that you’re psyched for, but without a way to play it, all you can do is stare at the pretty boxart. Sometimes that just isn’t enough to satiate your need for twitchy goodness.

We know that Nintendo has a stellar record when it comes to replacing broken products. Many of us have had to deal with bricked Wiis or cracked DS Lites. Nintendo will almost always replace your system, no questions asked. You say you need a new one, they want the old one, and that’s that.

Nintendo is willing to work with us. They want to help you out when you’re in a bind. Don’t take advantage of that. Nintendo thinks we are honest, and I think we owe it to them to back that up.
