Multiplayer looking to name the greatest canine in video game history (wolves included!)

MTV Multiplayer keeps coming up with the best ideas for awards. They’ve since graduated from their ‘best horse’ endevours, and now they are looking into the world of gaming dogs/wolves. My first choice was going to be this little fellow…

But then they had to go and nominate another dog. He may not be related to Nintendo platforms, but I am going to have to jump ship and nominate this guy for top billing.
