The Secret that Nintendo Tries to Ignore

The following graph is based on numbers from GameRankings, but we all know that ‘good’ and ‘bad’ is in the eye of the beholder. The one thing I think we can all agree on is that there is a bit too much of the old shovelware on the Wii. I don’t think it’s a secret that Nintendo is ignoring, either. There was once a time (not too long ago) when Nintendo couldn’t get hardly any third parties at their side. Now, they are beating them back with a stick. No, wait…they aren’t turning anyone away! I’m not saying that Nintendo should give only the highest-ranked third parties a shot on the Wii, they just need to really get some quality assurance going. If they don’t, we may be seeing M&M Kart Racing 2…
