Is Braid better than Mario 64?
Braid is fantastic, a landmark in game creation.
Both of those statements aren’t from the article below, but instead…me. I have played both games, and played them a lot. Granted, I poured more hours into SM64 than Braid, but SM64 has been around a lot longer! What I can say for sure is that both titles are shining beacons of what video games are capable of representing. Both titles give me an amazing feeling while playing them, but for different reasons. Can I choose one over the other? In my opinion…no. They are two completely different games, but neither are titles that should be missed.
