Square-Enix expecting big losses due to Chrono Trigger leak
We’ve already reported on software pirates/hackers that are going at an illegally downloaded version of Chrono Trigger DS. They’ve been working on cracking the copy protection, and after a day of work, they managed to do so. Understandably, Square-Enix is outraged with all these happenings. They have said that they expect sales of Chrono Trigger DS to be deeply impacted by the leak of the game online. We’ll have to wait for official sales figures to see just how much Square-Enix is hurt by the illegal downloads.
