The internet has Shenmue fever

If you’ve only ever owned Nintendo platforms, you’ve never had the pleasure of playing Shenmue. Yes, I definitely meant to say pleasure. I love the series, and am still hurting from hearing that we probably won’t see another entry in the series. It seems like a large portion of gamers are finally starting to do something with their love of the series.

There are plans to send massive amounts of mail to SEGA, in the hopes of stirring up interest for another Shenmue title. It’s that rash of comments that has spurred on articles from websites around the world.

Remember when we heard about those Shenmue Wii rumors? I’d still love to see that happen. I think a re-release of the original titles could do wonders for the series.
