Nintendo corrects Sony's mistake
Nintendo has found out about the console comparison that Sony released yesterday, and they were none too pleased with the online error. A Nintendo UK rep clarified that Nintendo’s online service will be free forever, not for the first 6 months as Sony stated. Nintendo once again stated that the Opera online browser would be free for the first 6 months after the console’s launch, but if you miss that time period, you will have to purchase it.
Nice to have another confirmation on the Opera browser situation. I know many of us were wondering what was up with that after Reggie’s statements in an AOL interview. No worries now, you will all be getting it free launch day!
