DSi sales close to 7 million worldwide

We’ve already heard that the DSi has sold over 3 million in Japan, but what’s the rest of the world up to? Since launch, Nintendo is happy to show that the DSi has managed to scrape together 6.88 million units sold. That’s not too bad for a system that hasn’t even been on the market for a year yet. I’m thinking sales of 10 million by the end of holiday season should be well within reach.
