PAL Red Steel HDTV only?

One of our readers sent in a picture of this last week, but the picture quality wasn’t very good. I asked for another picture, but unfortunately the reader couldn’t get out to the store. Now a much better picture has popped up since. I really don’t know what to make of this…I just really hope it isn’t true.
