I disagree, or at least, I doubt it is the case. That logo was literally just the one that they used for Shadow Dragon. It's virtually no different than how Nintendo of Europe had it, where they didn't even bother putting a logo for it at all; they just used simple text that said "Fire Emblem" that looked really sloppy.

It's like when Iwata talked about Super Smash Bros. coming to 3DS and Wii U and had the series logo up on the screen at E3 2011, but no actual work was being done until the following year.

Perhaps I should rephrase.

Based on that fact alone, there not being a logo doesn't necessarily mean that any work has actually been done yet, as you previously said. Heck, even in social media, Nintendo hasn't even been calling it Fire Emblem: Awakening; they're still just calling it Fire Emblem. There's currently no evidence suggesting that they actually have started working on localizing it.

Ah, well, yeah. There certainly is no evidence supporting that it began yet. I'm just basing it off of Nintendo announcing it for next year. Makes me believe at least something has begun, but, again, I know that that isn't evidence supporting it.

It's good that they're trying to raise awareness about the game. If this doesn't sell well, though, be prepared to have to squeeze Reggie's testicles to get the next game localized.

Yeah, I'm really shocked that they're actually giving us a demo for the game, especially since Japan never got one. I have no idea what it'll be like, but I'm definitely trying it out when it's up next Thursday.
