Club Nintendo Unable to Register..

So..I completed the survey for "Nano Assault Neo" TWICE T_T, and unfortunately the coins are still not added to my account. For some reason after returning to the page it tells me to complete the survey AGAIN only to repeat.

i'm going through the same thing with my post play surveys.. i had a few not go through this morning, then some would.. now none of them are giving me the 10 coins

this is kinda crappy.. considering a new downloadable wii game should be up anytime today... and i'm only 20 coins away from platinum, but that can wait at least

EDIT: they haven't put up the new wii game yet either.. it's usually up at 12:00pm on the dot for me

sounds like a similar problem that people ran in to last year when trying to redeem their platnium gift, it just kept looping the page. Call nintendo support, they will be able to help you out.

I've recently run into a similar problem trying to register NSMB2 and Layton 3DS. Nintendo Customer service is always helpful though so I'm sure it'll be fixed in no time.

I just tried to register NSMBU so I could get the 70 coins you get for it, but it gave me a message saying I could get coins from the game despite the fact clearly you can! I hope this is fixed soon, because that's 70 whole coins I just lost out on!

Happened to me when I was trying to register RE:Revelations for coins.

I messaged help desk, but by the next day, it was fixed. I didn't even have to check the help email, and yes, they replied in under 24 hours, which was great.

Basically, it was some sort of server issue.

I just registered my eshop games a few hours ago. Did Nano Assault Neo with no problems. Then I did Trine 2 but it didn't take. Did it a second time and it worked. The I completed the post-play survey for NintendoLand(deluxe bundle version) and Nano Assault Neo and they both worked on the first try. Not sure why the Trine 2 registration didn't work the first time, but I'm glad I didn't have to do it a bunch of times.

I tried to register New Super Mario Bros. 2 and got the message that the game didn't qualify for coins but would be added to my registered product list.

I sent an Email to Nintendo and they responded within an hour that they were experiencing some website problems and that it would be fixed within a day or two. They also said to watch the site and if my coins didn't appear within a couple days to contact them again and they would add the coins to my account.

As usual, GREAT Nintendo customer service!!! Best of all the gaming companies!!

Oh, I am also having some Club N problems. A few day ago I try to register NSMBU, NG3 and Nintendo Land, but for all three it says the coins were already registered! I bought them new, so that's impossible! I didn't register my Wii U, but I don't think you have to, to register the games right? I already hit Platinum for this year, but I want the limited time 70 coins for the Wii U games. I will try again later today, so I hope it works.

yea, i just registered skyward sword and it told me that it didn't qualify for coins.

i was thinking it has something to do with so many people on the family account, but after seeing it happening to others, i'm not so sure.

Some problems can probably be fixed outside calling Nintendo Support:
1) Log out of CN and try deleting your cache and cookies (your private data if you will). Then you can try logging in again on CN to do stuff!

2) Nintendo's servers may be hammered at the time you're trying to do stuff. You can keep trying or just wait for another time to do stuff.

If the first two just doesn't cut it for you, then yeah. A call to Nintendo may be in order for you.

Well, I try to redo the register for NSMBU, NG3 and Nintendo Land, but it's still saying my games have already been registered!!! I will send Nintendo an e-mail, and I hope they can help me out.

Btw, I registered Kirby's Dream Collection yesterday, and it said it wasn't eligible for coins, but I login just now and there was a survey for 40 coins waiting for me. So now I'm at Platinum + 20 coins. Still I want the limited time 70 coins, because 10 extra coins times 3 games means I get the additional 30 coins.

I was unable to register Pokemon White 2 when I got it on Saturday. I emailed them, and they emailed me back today to tell me that it should be working now.

Well an hour or so ago I had trouble logging into CN. I guess all the new Wii U traffic is still hammering Nintendo causing glitches and problems here and there.

It's only going to get worse near Christmas. Hang in there everyone.
