NOTE: I've seen this only on some Mexican retailers, so I can't speak for other countries as well.
Just a quick question I wanted to ask.
Since when retailers started selling copies of Mario Kart Wii without the Wii Wheel? I mean, they sell Mario Kart Wii (only the game) and the Wii Wheels separatedly.
So I'm wondering if it's actually something Nintendo dictated/determined at some point and I didn't notice it or retailers are just selling incomplete bundles.
