I'll probably try to pick it up; mostly for novelty purposes.
It's my stage now!

I'd definitely pick it up. Pandora and Xenoblade were two I wanted most from the Operation Rainfall 3. Last Story never really interested me.

It was the only one I wanted out of the three (though I now own the other two; still have to play The Last Story). YES PLEASE!

I hope that for anyone who's wanted Pandora that this works out for them!

Unfortunately, the game that I want localized, Kiki Trick, will probably never make it. :( Shame.

If it's indeed Pandora's Tower, the circle is now complete.

But considering the state of the Wii, I'm skeptical.

I never was interested in Pandoras Tower. But then again, I wasn't terribly interested in Last Story either, but I ended up actually liking it more than Xenoblade. Maybe I will check it out if that's what it is.

Really, that could tease just about anything. Give me two hours to comb through some so-far Japan-only games and I can come up with a list of things that might refer to. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking Toki Towa, "Towa" sounding like "tower" of course. That's a bit more current than Pandora's Tower, too.

At any rate, I gave up and went ahead and imported Pandora's Tower (since the Wii is dead, long live the Wii, I'mma mod mine), so I don't even care anymore. However, if they do bring it here, I'll buy it to show my support. But I'd rather have Toki Towa.

Eh, Toki Towa's kind of a stretch. And Namco's all but confirmed they're bringing it over under the name Time and Eternity anyway. I guess it could be a Fragile Dreams or Solatorobo type deal where XSEED publishes it in the States and Namco publishes it elsewhere. But Pandora's Tower still seems like the most likely option. Perhaps they bring it to the eShop?

If it is Pandora's Tower, the main ways I see them releasing it is one of two. Either it's on the Wii U eShop as a digital release so they don't have to worry about things like manufacturing costs and limited release quantities, or it's retail and they only make enough copies to satisfy pre-orders.

I'll get it if it is PT, I'm just afraid that out of all the Operation Rainfall games this one is more likely to sell the worst (doesn't help it already bombed in Europe, where Nintendo themselves released it).

Word. I had a feeling that it was going to end up being Pandora's Tower.

I've heard a lot of mixed things related to the game, but I'll definitely pick it up and make the decision for myself.

Good job XSEED! Pick up Nintendo's slack! So, it probably won't be as successful as The Ladt Story, but I hope it does well enough for XSEED.

What a nice surprise there.

It's just a shame that I haven't enjoyed playing a single 'Operation Rainfall' game so far. Xenoblade was just too overwhelming to play with all you could do (and was a little boring to me), and I found The Last Story to just be simply disappointing. And now I'll probably try Pandora's Tower as well. Here is hoping third time's the charm for me finally liking one of these games.

The cycle is complete, I would say. Amazing that they'll be attempting a Wii retail release to get this game out here this late into the Wii's ending lifespan. Though I can't complain, the other two games have pleased me (Xenoblade being a major surprise), so I will give this game a go as well.

Nice to see it is indeed Pandora's Tower. While part of me was kinda hoping for an eShop release (will get to why in a sec), it's still good to see we're getting it.

I don't mean to unintentionally sound like a complainer, but in all seriousness how much will it cost? The reason I ask is because I'm already planning on buying other high profile releases coming out this spring like Dead Space 3, Metal Gear Rising, the Tomb Raider reboot, Fire Emblem Awakening, and maybe Aliens: Colonial Marines, so I need to know how much Pandora's Tower is gonna cost or else I may not be able to get it day 1 (and no I can't afford to buy ALL of those high profile releases either [otherwise I wouldn't be asking this question], I'm already trying to decide which I want the most since maybe the best I can do is get just one or two).

This is why I was hoping for a possible eShop release, because with the last two Op. Rainfall games, at least in my area, it seemed to be a "you only get it if you pre-order" situation because stores around here didn't order many copies aside from the ones people pre-ordered. Thus, if I can't get it on day 1, I'm not gonna have much luck getting it later. =\

Well, it seems we can use Operation Rainfall for everything now

Maybe they should try to get some games for WiiU that have already been denied

Have we gotten a few denied Wii U releases already? I didn't know we even had enough to be denied with just yet.

Though, to be honest I would love to see Earth Seeker come stateside, even if an eShop release, or better reworked with utilize some Wii U features.

Such great news! Nintendo of America really dropped the ball on this--the Operation Rainfall games should have been released in the US in 2011. If they had, Wii might not have fizzled out like it did in the end.

Considering Last Story and Pandora's Tower only reached Europe last year...I doubt it. More Nintendo Selects would have helped.

This was initially the only of the 3 that I wanted.

Got Xenoblade just to support it and wound up LOVING the game. Got The Last Story but didn't play it yet because I want to finish Xenoblade.

But I also don't want to finish Xenoblade, because I don't want it to end.

We haven't had any Japan-only things. I think ddddd is talking about games from other developers not coming to Wii U, which honestly, Operation Rainfall and fans aren't going to change that. Those guys are set in their ways.
