Windows 8 store features 'Zelda Game'

Not an official game, of course. A fan-made Zelda game that the creator is hoping pulls in some cash. How long before Nintendo cracks down on this one?

Because the chances of earning decent money is increased exponentially just because of that one word in the title and VERY vaguely looking like the real deal. There are more less-than-smart people out there than you think.
