- when you make first contact with a ghost using the Poltergust, a small meter slowly fills up
- when it reaches full charge, a player can tap the A button and perform a stronger yank to catch ghosts
- avoid damage by quickly tapping the B button
- charge up concentrated light blasts that cover a larger area and stun nearby enemies
