That's certainly what the screen grab above seems to indicate. Could The Conduit be getting a mobile port? Whatever happened to Conduit or Conduit 2 heading to 3DS? Thanks to Joker for the heads up!

From what I just read, it's not even a handheld. It's a PC equivalent (not really) to the Wii U. Now, it can play all Android based games but if you want to play anything better, like the new PC games that they showcased, it needs to be synced with a PC running their hardware (graphics card) and then the games are streamed to it. And I'm not 100% certain but apparently in order to even use the thing to it's potential you need to sync it up with Steam as well?

So you need to buy this thing, a specific graphics card or better from them, they want to to buy a high-end wireless router as well, and hook it up to steam (not entirely sure about this one) before you can use it. To top it off they've apparetnly said that they're not going to be selling at a loss.

Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea?

Would have expected Conduit 2 to be ported elsewhere, since it already has dual analog controls and is the better one overall.
Could be another tech demo though.

The title seems a bit misleading to be honest, if The Conduit is running on this system, that either means it's being released for mobile phones as an Android app or maybe on Steam, I don't think the system really has many games made specifically for it.

But if it is true and that The Conduit has become another mobile phone game/app, well you can say goodbye to all semblance of decent sales. That's not really the type of game people buy to play on a phone or similar device, and the games sold poorly enough back on the Wii.

i'm still hoping they will consider making/porting the grinder/conduit 3 on the wii u . Four player local coop (ish) wiimote pointer is nice in black ops 2 but really it would have been so much more fun in the zombie mode . So monsters , aliens , vampires , whatever those were on the grinding , that could be so fun .
It's too bad really it seems like such a simple idea, nintendo even did it themselves with metroid blast nintendoland, no need to bring the awesomeness of the spaceship controls and fights , just a local horde mode 4p , or even better some sort of campaign.
and well the autoaim in cod is a bit much to be honest , as is the stupidity of perks

as for the financial aspects of all that, let's not forget like many studios they work from projects to projects and those are not always glamorous .

Who cares? It may be in need of a FPS but I'd rather have nothing than something that resembles a bargain bin generic PC shooter. That is all HVS could ever achieve, they even spent years making the first game and the result looked, played, felt so damn cheap.
