Namco Bandai, Square-Enix's latest teaser sites

Namco Bandai's teaser site comes with the title 'btw' and features the image above. I have absolutely no idea what this one is about.

Square-Enix's teaser site is related to Final Fantasy V...or Final Fantasy VI...or both. At least we have an idea what's going on with this one! Expect the full reveal on Jan. 17th.

In regards to the SE one, the enemies are Behemoths from FF6. Party members don't match any FF6 party members, but the enemies were a match.

I really hope this is for a remake of Final Fantasy 6 for 3DS, like the remakes of 3 and 4. I have been waiting years for that. One of my favorite games ever.

If FF6 gets a remake for the 3DS I am getting a new 3DS... I would anyway, but that would be reason enough to get a 3DS if I never had one before! So there!

The Active Time Battle (ATB) system, designed by Hiroyuki Itō for Final Fantasy IV, shares many attributes with the former system, but adds the dimension of timing-based strategy for commands. In it, an ATB gauge tracks when characters are going to act. When the gauge is full, they are able to perform an action. In later games and/or remakes, some actions then have an additional wait time, such as casting spells or using special abilities.

Anyway, the red color used is the same as the FF6 logo.
